Course overview
This specialist one-day programme is designed specifically for Operating Theatre Practitioners and Surgical Fellows working in the theatre environment. Delivered at King's College Hospital, a leading centre for Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgery, this study day provides comprehensive insights into HPB surgical procedures, perioperative care and theatre practice.
Led by a multidisciplinary faculty of consultant surgeons, anaesthetists, specialist nurses and theatre practitioners, the programme combines expert-led sessions with practical insights from frontline theatre staff. Participants will gain enhanced understanding of liver, pancreatic and biliary surgery from pre-assessment through to post-operative care, including cutting-edge laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques.
